I’m working on post about current transits faced by people in their mid-thirties and reading Bernadette Brady’s Predictive Astrology, The Eagle and the Lark. Well, not just reading but studying it. If you’re learning astrology like I am and want to get into predictive, this is a book you must have.
It might take me a few days to get my transits post done and in the meantime I’ve been itching to write. So here are a few snippets from real-life:
Mercury-Neptune: It’s all about propaganda. You can sell people anything. It depends on how you put it.
Sun-in-Gemini: That’s not true.
Mercury-Neptune: People are idiots.
Sun-in-Gemini: People are voices.
Sun-in-Leo: So I’ll do this and of course I’ll be short of cash for a while. But I’ll manage.
Sun-in-Taurus: ::snorts:: You? You can’t even do your own nails.
Sun-in-Leo: Leo can cope with adversity very well when they have to. Linda Goodman says so! ::grits teeth:: If needed, I can learn to do my own nails!
Me: I think I’ll go visit Gauri (Sun-in-Cancer).
Sun-in-Scorpio, Cancer ASC: I’ll come along. Might get something to eat!
Taurus: I sick of my cubicle. I want a nice corner office like that. ::points::
Pisces: But will it make you happy?
Taurus: Who is talking about happiness? Why are you making all these assumptions? All I said was I want a corner office.
Pisces: ::looks vaguely at the aforementioned office:: Just to have?
Taurus: Yes.

The best way to learn astrology is by doing charts, even if all you know is where the Sun/Moon and Rising Sign is. Keep in mind that we are all unique individual expressions of the Creator so how a person uses their chart much depends on their individual consciousness. The books can give you a hint but in the actual interaction with the people whose charts you are looking at will show you much more than you can read in a book. Also since there’s so much information out there now on celebrities, even doing their Solar Charts (no time) can give you more insight on how they are using their individual charts. For instance Serena Williams has withdrawn from the French Open. She’s experiencing a Saturn transit. Charlie Sheen was in the midst of a Uranus opposition when he became the most talked about individual in the US
) Since becoming an astrologer (in the 70′s) I’ve seen people react to the cosmic timing in different ways. Some people have the best year of their life with a Saturn transit, while others had the worse year of their life…again individual consciousness and choices (we all have free will) make the difference. Have fun, enjoy the journey…Love & Light, Ayesha
Mercury-Neptune: It’s all about propaganda. You can sell people anything. It depends on how you put it.
Very Mercury/Neptune.
Pisces: ::looks vaguely at the aforementioned office:: Just to have?
Taurus: Yes.
Hilarious.
Debs, my love, how are you? I’ve been snowed under work for a while and not hanging out on the blog very much.
Hope you and your hubby and your dog are all well.
Sending you love,
Neeti
I find this one hilarious:
Me: I think I’ll go visit Gauri (Sun-in-Cancer).
Sun-in-Scorpio, Cancer ASC: I’ll come along. Might get something to eat!
Haha
I’m trying to persuade a friend that he has a Cancer ASC but he insists (preferts) to be Leo
This one is quite hilarious. I agree with Ayesha Grice on that one of the best ways to understand astrology is through doing it with charts and Rising Sign is.Thanks for the share…!!
The first sentence of mercury Neptune is so right its all about propaganda and every one will buy every thing its cause we are consumers and this is how the world is moving right now by the consumers culture.
Hey now, not every Cancer Asc is a big eater! :p
